Director

Herry Pudjianto was appointed to the Board as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on 27 February 2024.

He has an impressive track record of over two decades in business development and management within fast-paced and dynamic environments.

As Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he will be involved in spearheading the Board, guiding the Group’s strategic direction, overseeing corporate expansions and driving business development.

Herry’s leadership acumen extends to pivotal areas such as P&L management, strategic planning, and sales, demonstrating a consistent ability to propel companies toward profitable growth.

He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

HERRY PUDJIANTO

Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Zhang Zhi was appointed to the Board on 1 April 2024. He is currently a member of the Audit, Nominating, Remuneration and Risk Committees.

Zhang Zhi is currently the General Manager at Tianjin Haigang Natural Gas Co., Ltd., with 15 years of experience in the natural gas and related industries. His work primarily encompasses CNG, LNG, and pipeline natural gas sales, along with LNG international trade. He possesses extensive experience in operational management, team leadership, and business development.

Zhang Zhi holds a Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Computational Science from ChangZhou University, China. He also graduated from the Capital Strategy Chairman Class from Tsinghua University, China.

Non-Independent Non-Executive Deputy Chairman

Gillian Ng was appointed to the Board on 25 June 2024. She is currently the Lead Independent Director, the Chairman of Audit and Risk Committees and member of Nominating and Remuneration Committees.

Gillian Ng is currently an independent director at UG Healthcare Corporation Limited, a company that distributes medical disposables. She has a strong background in accountancy and business, being an Associate Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia, and a Diploma in Marketing and Sales from the National Productivity Board (now known as PSB Academy), Singapore.

Lead Independent Director

Chew Wai Meng was appointed to the Board on 27 February 2024. He is currently a member of the Audit, Nominating, Remuneration and Risk Committees.

He has over 20 years of experience in businesses within the construction and interior design space, as well as in the provision of management consultancy services. Chew Wai Meng brings with him expertise in business development as well as sales and marketing strategies.

Chew Wai Meng holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the Singapore Institute of Management.

Wang XiaoLan was appointed to the Board as an Independent Director on 18th June 2024. She is currently the Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.

Wang XiaoLan is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development and Human Resources at TOTM Technologies Limited. She holds a FlexiMasters in Business Finance from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Science in Management with Accounting from Royal Holloway, University of London, United Kingdom. Additionally, she is an Associate of the Chartered Secretary Institute of Singapore and a Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, Singapore Division.

Meet The Team

Edward Chen

Chief Financial Officer

Edward Chen joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer on 1st September 2014.

He is responsible for the formation and execution of the Group’s financial strategies and planning, treasury and foreign exchange management, tax planning, risk management and internal controls. He is also responsible for the Group’s financial reporting.

Prior to joining the Group, he served as the Head of Finance and Internal audit with a Malaysian upstream oil and gas company in the exploration and Production sector and the provision of FPSO/FSO solutions. Prior to that, he was the Vice President, Finance & Investment for a Singapore environmental engineering company offering niche environmental waste management technologies, engineering and management solutions. His career background includes the position of management consultant with a global accounting firm and director with a North American investment bank.

Edward Chen holds two degrees in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Loo Sow Kuen

General Manager

Ms. Loo oversees the general operation of the healthcare division. She has over 30 years of experience in building and leading operation teams in healthcare companies. She spent a decade with a company that focuses on chiropractic care and physiotherapy, and also some time in establishing a medical centre specializing in orthopaedics and aesthetics.

Ms. Loo has gained a Diploma in Intensive Business Training Advanced Course and also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA).

Dr. Michael Moon Awh, D.C.

Chiropractic Doctor

Dr. Michael Moon Awh, D.C. who is a Korean-American was brought up and educated in the United States. Dr. Michael Moon Awh, D.C. has graduated Life Chiropractic University in Chiropractic Medicine with honors. He is one of the few American chiropractic doctors in Malaysia. He has a track record of successful clinical operations in the US and currently owns and operates a renowned 16-year chiropractic clinic in the Klang region.

Dr. Michael has extensive experience in the treatment of neurologic disorders.

Ms. Ou Cui Liu

Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician

Ms. Ou is the third generation of medical practitioners in her family since 1930. Following in her family's footsteps, she is now a senior TCM physician fully enrolled in the TCM Practitioners' Council, as well as a lecturer at the TCM Singapore College.

Before settling in Singapore, Ms. Ou worked as a TCM doctor at Rongqi Hospital (Guangdong, China). She earned an Bachelor’s degree in TCM Guangzhou University and a Ph.D. in TCM Nanjing University in 2009.

Ms. Ou is dedicated to exploring better treatment approaches to help her patients, as she strongly believes there is a broad potential for TCM that remains untapped.
